    Skill School:

   Swamy Ramananda Tirtha Rural institute (SRTRI) located at Jalalpur village of Boodhan Pochampally mandal in Nalgonda district is envisioned to become home for the skills school of EGMM. For this purpose a tripartite MoU has been entered into by EGMM SRTRI and IL& FS clusters development initiative to develop a Skills Resource Centre (SRC) that would act as "Hub" for providing appropriate services including training to enhance the effectiveness and quality of placement linked skill development programmes. The key objectives of setting up the skill centre are

1. Standards / Accreditation / Certification - Global partnerships: To find suitable partnerships with globally reputed organisations for important trades for developing standard course content and to accredit the courses and to certify them.

2. Training of Trainers: Objective is to device a well structured programme for training of the trainers in order to ensure uniformity and quality in delivery of the training. The ToT will be run not only for the Trainers of the Institute but also for the Trainers of various other organisations implementing the skill development projects of EGMM and other Govt. agencies.

3. Preparation of training modules which are accepted by the industry: To prepare training modules customized to industry requirements.

4. Proof of concept by training and placing limited batches of trainees in sectors certified by the industry: The skill school will conduct trainings based on the training modules prepared in consultation with the industry in the following sectors.

C). Agriculture & Allied 
D). IT / ITES 
E). Pharmaceuticals / Health 
F). Infrastructure
G). Manufacturing 
H). Education 
I). Hospitality
